Hey all! My name is Denise and I am a second year student in VISA.  I would classify my work as interdisciplinary, focusing primarily in photography, performance, video and sound.  As a former competitive highland dancer, movement is the primary thematic element seen throughout my work.  Most often it is included through choreography and gestural work.  I love travelling as well as learning about and experiencing different cultures.  I am a huge lover of animals and have two cats named Newton and Athena.
