Introducing Myself

Greetings to the 2016 Class of Intermedia!

My name is Dylan Pineo and I am currently enjoying the pleasure of being in my third year in the Interactive Arts and Sciences program.  Through a combination of personal projects, more school projects, and some freelance projects I hope to one day actually be able to work in the video game industry where I'll able to craft the narratives I've always wanted to.  This is in addition to be a member of a team that is truly passionate about creating awesome "original" content.  Outside side of being a gaming geek and a computer nerd I was for the longest time also (as my one high school teacher described "One of those Drama Kids") so I am always happy to engage the more physical side of the arts and see what sort of oddities I can create outside of the virtual realm.  If anyone is curious what I'm actually good at creating and doing than perhaps they can help me find out too haha!  I've dipped my toes in every media from drawing and 3D modelling to sound design and video editing.  I think my greatest skill set is simply my ability to learn, and learn fast. I'm looking forward to this lovely class to further expand my creativity capabilities as I've got other more technical courses to abuse the logical side of my brain.  It shall be a pleasure going on this journey with so many different and talented individuals. So here's to the madness that is undoubtedly going to ensue this semester!
